Outside of dentistry, I am a proud wife and mother. My husband is a signal processing engineer with a deep interest in machine learning — and when he turned that interest toward dental health, I became his closest collaborator. I guided the clinical direction: identifying the right research datasets, advising on what conditions matter most to practitioners, and making sure the model reflected real diagnostic priorities. He handled the engineering and AI implementation. The result is the Panoramic X-Ray Disease Detection tool you see above — a project that is as much mine as it is his, just expressed in two very different languages.

This website itself is another example of that collaboration. I brought the content and clinical perspective; he built and designed everything around it. Together we are also raising two beautiful daughters, who remind us every day that curiosity, patience, and persistence are not just professional virtues — they are life ones.
